Booking, Payment, Return and Cancellation Conditions
In case of cancellations made from the date the prepayment is completed until 45 days before the entrance of the villa, apartment or room; The prepayment amount of the villa or room rental made (since the villa / Apart / Room owner has been paid) cannot be refunded. You must notify www.hotelabuyer.com in writing. Reservation cancellation notifications that are not notified will not be valid. Cancellation e-mails made through the e-mail address of www.hotelabuyer.com will be processed.
If the reservation is canceled, www.hotelabuyer.com will receive certain percentages over the total cost of the services specified in the contract in order to compensate for the costs and expenses it has made.
Namely:
a) Prepayment (deposit) received for reservation cannot be refunded.
Customer;
b) 35% of the total rental fee in cancellations made up to the 45th day before their reservations,
c) 50% of the rental fee in cancellations made between the 35th and 25th days before the reservations,
d) 75% of the rental fee in cancellations made between the 24th and 16th days before the reservations,
e) It is obliged to pay 100% of the rental fee for cancellations made between the 15th day before the reservation and the days starting the reservation and in cases where the customer does not come.
The expenses to be incurred due to the refund of the fee will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
(In case the reservation is canceled, it is not possible to rent the villa again between the same dates in a very short time, so this method has been used to protect the villa owners.)
If the reservation is canceled by Hotel Abuyer for any reason (natural disaster, fire, various malfunctions and special cases), the situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. In cases where the customer does not accept the equivalent villa in our portfolio and does not come to force majeure, the money received is returned to the customer.
In our system; In the villas where it is stated that the rental fee must be paid in full 45 days before the reservation date, the entire rental fee will be collected from the customer and no fee will be refunded in case of cancellation of the reservation.
If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, www.hotelabuyer.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation, not to refund the paid fee, and to receive another reservation for the same room / villa. Reservation cancellations can only be made by e-mail or registered mail. Verbal cancellation is not possible. The cancellation process is valid as soon as the articles reach the www.hotelabuyer.com contact e-mail.
Www.hotelabuyer.com cannot be held responsible for not using the villa / rooms after the reservation has been made. The rental fee will become due on the agreed delivery date of the villa.
Privacy
The prepayment amount of the Villa / Apart / Room fee deposited to our company account is made by EFT, Money Order or Credit Card. In prepayments made by credit card, the credit card information of the paying customer is not shared with a third party. This information is not sold to a third person or company. All information is confidential within our company.
